HomeTeam is a family owned, local provider of CDS and in-home care services.
We have been serving in the St. Louis metro area since 1996. We provide the highest quality CDS and home care for our clients while respecting their individual dignity. With services provided by out staff, you or your loved one can remain at home with the familiar supports of your local community surrounding you.
The Clients We Serve
We provide private duty services to individuals who wish to maintain their independence in the privacy of their own home. Visits are offered per task, hourly, or on a 24/7 live-in basis. HomeTeam is a contracted provider of Missouri Medicaid, and Veterans community based services.
The Hallmark of HomeTeam is our CareTeam approach
You, your loved ones, your doctor and HomeTeam work together to create a plan specific to your needs. Your plan, once established, is executed by a CareTeam Coordinator. A team is selected, approved by you, and trained for your specific plan prior to any caregivers entering your home.
The plan can include things like medication reminders, personal care, light housekeeping and laundry schedules all arranged based on your needs.
Nutritional concerns and special diets with meals preparations are also incorporated. Transportation and shopping trips can be also established. Daily tasks like bill pay and correspondence are also available. Finally as part of the care plan, we develop appropriate emergency responses based on the level of intervention desired.
Services for the Asian community are available with bi-lingual caregivers under the direct supervision of our Asian CareTeam Coordinator.
